Order Processing

·        All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·        Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

·        We ship across India through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and others.

·        Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

·        Remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Fees

·        Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

·        COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small COD handling charge – displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

·        Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

·        You can track your shipment in real‑time using the provided tracking number.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with:

·        Product photos (unopened package + damaged area)

·        Unboxing video (optional but helpful)
