At White Nuts, we take great care to ensure that every pack of our Makhana, dry fruits, and nuts reaches you in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our priority.
However, due to the nature of our products (edible and perishable items), all sales are final and non-returnable once the package has been opened or delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
Our products fall under the food and consumable category, and for hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or consumed items.
Return or Replacement Eligibility
We only accept a replacement request in the following rare cases:
· The product is damaged during transit.
· You received a wrong item or incorrect quantity.
· The product has visible defects or leakage at the time of delivery.
If you face any such issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear images as proof. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable replacement if verified.
Refund Policy
Since our items are non-returnable, we do not offer refunds.
In special cases where a replacement is not possible, we may offer a store credit or partial refund at our sole discretion.
